I Love This Photo, Number 15
I will be honest with you, I love these photos not because they are pieces of photographic art, but because I am proud of my professionalism in taking them.
That might sound a bit odd, seeing as it’s my job to take photos at a wedding!
But, technically when I took these frames I had finished working at Lucy and Bens wedding at Houchins in Essex and was on my way out the door. So here it is, my wedding photography tip for the day.
Never ever, ever, walk out of the wedding venue without your camera in hand and turned on. I have made it standard practice to do this, because now and again a few golden moments arrive right in front of you, and without a camera ready to go you are going to miss the shot, and even if a magic documentary moment doesn’t appear it’s always nice to and grab a shot to finish the day off nicely. A pair of shoes strewn on the grass next to an empty champagne glass always go down well just to tie that wedding story up for your clients.
So, if you are still looking for a documentary wedding photographer or want to know more about how I work GIVE ME A SHOUT.
I guarantee you I will continue working hard for you even when the clock ticks over to make sure I deliver you the very best set of wedding photos I possibly can, which may or may not include someone pouring white win onto a red wine stain whilst still wearing the shirt.
