Documentary Photography on the Wedding Morning
Let’s not beat about the bush, whether you employ me or another professional wedding photographer it is going to mean you are probably going to have to part with a good portion of your hard earned cash. So my wedding morning photography advice to you is to get ready with as many friends and family around you as possible, and as the bride there are two great advantages to this.
The first is you will have a really fun and emotional morning with the people nearest and dearest to you. A wedding morning has an amazing feel to it, one that (hopefully) you won’t come across again, so why not lap it up and let everyone run around after you making sure your every whim is met?
The second is you get a load of great documentary photos of the people you love being themselves, doing the strangest of things. One of my favourite photos of this summer was from Henni’s wedding morning when her Grandma FaceTimed her sister in Australia to show off her beautiful granddaughter, and in the process I got in on the action too. That’s a moment and a photo that Henni and her family will never forget.
So take a stroll through Henni’s wedding morning and then have a think about what you want your wedding morning to look like and how you want to remember it. I’d say you can’t put a price on memories can you?
I’m taking bookings for 2018 and 2019 now, so please do GET IN TOUCH and I can show you a whole raft of funny and emotional images I’ve taken this past summer.
