Lauren and Paul at Castello Di Rosciano
It’s official, I have reached the holy grail of wedding photographers.
Not only am I a documentary wedding photographer, I am now a destination wedding photographer!!!
As destination weddings go this one had to be right up there. CASTELLO di ROSCIANO is an Italian 10th century castle situated in Umbria. Think olive groves, those pointy green conifer trees and beautiful fresh pasta and you can be transported there without getting on the 7.30am Ryan Air flight to Perugia.
I met Lauren and Paul while photographing their friends, CLAIRE AND TOM’S WEDDING at Preston Court last autumn. Paul’s pet hate is a tardily dressed wedding photographer…mine too. So off the back of that little chat and hopefully the images from Claire and Tom’s wedding I found myself in Italy.
Here is a sneak peak of how the wedding went down with a few of the hundreds of great images from the weekend. Stay tuned for the full blog and gallery to come soon.
Feel free to comment and share, I’d love to hear how some of your heads were the following morning after your 4am finish!
If you are planning a wedding on foreign shores and are in need of a destination wedding photographer then all you have to do now is GET IN TOUCH.
